Puolueiden puheenjohtajat kohtaavat keskiviikkona SuomiAreenan puheenjohtajatentissä Helsingissä. Tenttiin osallistuu puheenjohtaja tai varapuheenjohtaja kaikista yhdeksästä eduskuntapuolueesta.
Oppositiopuolueet tuovat paikan päälle ykkösnimensä, sillä kaikkia neljää oppositiopuoluetta tentissä edustaa puolueen puheenjohtaja. Perussuomalaisista Jussi Halla-Aho, kokoomuksesta Petteri Orpo, kristillisdemokraateista Sari Essayah ja Liike Nytistä Hjallis Harkimo.
Hallituspuolueissa taas vaihtelua piisaa, sillä keskusta ja vihreät tulevat tenttiin puheenjohtajien Katri Kulmunin ja Maria Ohisalon voimin.
SDP, vasemmisto ja RKP puolestaan luottavat varapuheenjohtajien karismaan. SDP:tä tentissä edustaa kehitysyhteistyö- ja ulkomaankauppaministeri Ville Skinnari. Vasemmistolta paikalla on vantaalainen ensimmäisen kauden kansanedustaja, puolueen varapuheenjohtaja Jussi Saramo.
RKP:n edustajana nähdään niin ikään ensimmäisen kauden kansanedustaja, Paraisilta kotoisin oleva puolueen varapuheenjohtaja Sandra Bergqvist.
Illan keskustelut tulevat olemaan varmasti mielenkiintoisia ja väittelyiltä tuskin voidaan välttyä. Sen verran tapahtumarikas on tämä kevät eduskunnassa ollut. Kokoomus aloitti jo piikittelyn SDP:n suuntaan päivällä, kun he kyseenalaistivat SDP:n tenttiin osallistujan valinnan.
Puheenjohtajatentti tulee suorana MTV:ltä kello 20 alkaen. Tentin vetävät MTV:n uutisten Eeva Lehtimäki ja Jaakko Loikkanen.
