Hallitus on joutunut tekemään viime aikoina kovia päätöksiä, jotka ovat saaneet osaltaan myös kritiikkiä yrittäjien ja muiden toimijoiden taholta. Koronan hillitsemiseksi päätökset ovat olleet kuitenkin tarpeellisia.
– Voin kyllä sanoa, että mitään näistä päätöksistä ei tehdä kevyin mielin. Kaikki päätökset, joita olemme joutuneet tekemään, on tehty raskain sydämin ja mielin. Ne on tehty, koska ovat olleet välttämättömiä, jotta saisimme pidettyä tämän epidemian hallinnassa, Marin kertoi.

Matkailu- ja ravintolapalvelut MaRa ry:n mukaan ravintola-alalta saattaa kadota pysyvästi peräti 20 000 työpaikkaa hallituksen koronatoimien seurauksena. Viikonloppuna voimaan tulleiden rajoitusten mukaan ravintolat saavat olla auki kello 23 asti ja anniskelu on lopetettava jo kello 22. Asiasta kertoi Ilta-Sanomat.
Millaisia koronarajoituksia on sitten luvassa kuluvalla viikolla, siitä ei pääministeri tilaisuudessa kertonut.
