Ministeri Ohisaloa uhanneelle miehelle vankeutta

Mies tuomittiin neljän kuukauden vankeusrangaistukseen uhkailtuaan sisäministeri Maria Ohisaloa. Tuomio suoritetaan ehdollisena rangaistuksena.

Sisäministeri Ohisaloon kohdistui lokakuussa uhkauksia, jotka etenivät poliisin tutkintaan. Marraskuussa Helsingin käräjäoikeudessa miehelle luettiin syytteen laittomasta uhkauksesta, kunnianloukkauksesta sekä poliisin tunnuksen laittomasta käytöstä.

Mies oli hallinnoimallaan Instagram-tilillään nimitellyt ja solvannut helsinkiläispoliisia, väittäen tätä muun muassa valehtelijaksi ja väkivaltaiseksi. Lisäksi hän oli nimitellyt kyseistä poliisia myös Helsingin poliisilaitoksen Instagram-tilin kommenttiosiossa.

Samoin hän oli kommentoinut Ohisalon Instagram-päviityksen kommenttiosiossa, jossa hän oli kertonut olevansa pommintekokurssilla ja valmistuttuaan lähettävänsä paketin sisäministeriöön. Tuomittu oli lisäksi päivittänyt hallinnoimalleen Instagram-tilille kuvan ministeri Ohisalosta, jossa kuvan päälle oli piirretty tähtäinristikko ja kuvatekstissä mainittiin, hänen lähtevän metsästämään ministeriä.

Lisäksi hän oli käyttänyt poliisin tunnusta Instagram-tilinsä tunnuksena, josta häntä oli kehotettu sitä poistamaan.

Näistä kaikista yllä mainituista rikoksista hänet tuomittiin neljän kuukauden mittaiseen ehdolliseen vankeusrangaistukseen. Miehelle oli aiemmin tuomittu kaksi lyhyttä ehdollista vankeutta. Aiemmat tuomiot eivät olleet esteenä ehdollisen rangaistuksen tuomitsemiselle.

Lisäksi mies tuomitaan maksamaan 5 000 euroa henkisestä kärsimyksestä asianomistajana olleelle poliisimiehelle. Hän joutuu maksamaan myös asianomistajien oikeudenkäyntikulut sekä rikosoikeusmaksun 80 euroa.

Iltaverkko ei julkaise tuomitun nimeä, koska tuomio on alle kahden vuoden mittainen eikä tuomitun yhteiskunnallinen asema ole sellainen, joka edellyttäisi nimen julkaisemista.
